MMI Hospitality Group Maintenance Tech in Santee, South Carolina

If you have been called Mr. Fix It, Holiday Inn Santee could have an opportunity for you.  As the Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel is maintained by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and related maintenance activities. Additional responsibilities will include replacing air-conditioner filters, turning mattresses, and repairing broken items such as lamps or vacuum cleaners. 

If you are skilled in the safe operation of hand tools and can read and understands specifications, are able to measure, compute the amount of materials needed and inspect products, and can work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays this could be the job for you.

The physical demands for this position including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
