Job Site Santa Teresa:


Field Service Technician Is Responsible To Support All Activities In Field Related To Maintenance And Additional Services For Wind Blades.

The Main Objective Is To Guarantee Quality Of Blades In Santa Teresa Yards As Well As Out In Fields Meeting Customers Deadlines And Specifications.

Safety

Must monitor OSHA compliance paying close attention to safety by filling out JSEA (Job Safety Environment Analysis) forms daily.

Availability

Flexible to work extra hours and weekends. Must show up to work on time (7:00am-3:30)pm. All late in times and absences must be reported directly to TPI (supervisors number will be given to employee during Site Orientation for contact).

Communication

Must have good communication skills (Fluent in English). Techs will be involved in communication with Manager, Supervisor, Subcontractors hauling blades.

Document Pictures

Must be able to take clear pictures of repairs and document such on a PowerPoint presentation. Completion of internal and external forms. Computer literate preferably (not required for everyone only for lead techs).

Extreme Weather

Tech must be able to work in extreme weather conditions such as high winds, cold and hot temperatures. All technical duties are performed outdoors.

Visual Inspection

Employee will identify damages, defects or anomalies visually on wind blades that have arrived on site and that are loaded on trucks and onto rail carts. Must Assure quality specifications are met.
