Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Rieti

Objective:

Support Warehouse operative mechaning to ensure EHS and GMP standards

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance WH standards

Lead cycle cointing process from generation to data analysis, includind KPIs

Support the implementation of new projects

Responsibilities of Warehouse Specialist are the following:

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support Warehouse operative mechaning to ensure EHS and GMP standards

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance WH standard and assure process monitoring

Lead cycle cointing process from generation to data analysis, includind KPIs

Maintain JDE/DcLink configuration updated

Problem solver for issues on product/materials from the receiving to consumption/shipping

Collaborate with EHS, Maintance and Quality department to ensure EHS and GMP standards

Support custom and trade compliance activities

Support the implementation of the new projects

Back up for material receiving approval and quality deviations activities

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

Knowledge of computer operating systems and ERP system

Knowledge of Supply Chain – Warehouse main processes

Fluent in English and Italian languages

Leadership (Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)

Excellent communication and organization skills

Problem solving and ability to manage critical situations
