Retail Merchandiser

Compensation - $25.00/hour and mileage reimbursement

Sunday -Wednesday morning – 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Hours: Up to 30 hours

The Retail Merchandiser position provides the stock and rotate of bread and cake products.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Merchandise, stock, and rotate bread and cake products on a company assigned restock route at various retail partners. Adhere to the stop sequence, and established service times to drive efficiency and to ensure continued customer satisfaction and consistent service times

  • Adhere to the fresh market policy by appropriately rotating product. Always ensure shelf life is maximized with proper rotation of products (First in, First out)

  • Adhere to required customer shelf schematic/plan-o-gram to ensure customer compliance

  • Restock and straighten out shelves and displays at each service

  • Check in and communicate with store management at each visit

  • Establish and maintain a sound, professional working relationship with key personnel

  • Maintain a professional appearance

  • Maintain cleanliness of an organized workspace

  • Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Possess a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and have or obtain a reliable means of transportation to and from stores

  • Must be able to work Sunday and Wednesday morning – example 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Must clock in and contact manager each morning confirming you are working

  • Must be customer oriented with the ability to provide an extraordinary level of customer service and solve customer issues as they occur.

  • Ability to some holidays that fall on Sunday and Wednesday – ( hours are based on client needs)

  • Must be able to regularly lift and carry products weight up to 50 lbs. as well as the ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs
