Job Information

Providence Imaging Technician in Santa Rosa, California

Description

May be expected to be present during the clinical use of equipment in area of expertise and assume responsibility for equipment operation.

In addition, incumbent will be expected to work closely with clinical departments to assist in development of processes or procedures relative to clinical use of technologies in area of expertise.

This position is expected to have the ability to multitask several projects.

Essential Functions:

Communication

Provides helpful hints and location(s) of training materials. Provides caregiver education as needed

Displays strong customer focus skills.

Regularly engages key caregivers (rounding, escalation, etc.) and provides representation for IS/Clinical Engineering to the caregiver.

Participates in discussions with caregiver to assess needs.

Takes accountability for customer satisfaction.

Defines solution options and recommendations.

May attend daily huddles as the CTS representative, speaking to issues and commitments, then documents and escalates appropriately.

Independent Work

Provides support in situations where multiple disciplines are involved.

Demonstrates long and short-range planning skills and the ability to implement them in day to day operations and projects.

Looks for opportunities to actively optimize workflows to increase productivity.

Consistently completes personal development and performance goals.

Understands concerns of mission, quality, business partners, people and financial results and seeks input on how to achieve outcomes that balance those concerns.

Leadership

Leads small to medium projects that involve team members.

Actively seeks constructive feedback while remaining open and receptive to it.
