About Us: CTTX Health is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering excellent care and innovative solutions to our patients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced RN to join our team as a Coordinator for ENT/Eyes/Plastics.

Job Summary: As a Coordinator for ENT/Eyes/Plastics, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring the smooth operations of our ENT, Eyes, and Plastics departments. You will work closely with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and procedures

  • Assist physicians with examinations, treatments, and procedures

  • Perform pre-operative assessments, including patient education and preparation

  • Oversee patient paperwork, ensuring accurate and complete documentation

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

  • Monitor patients' post-operative recovery and provide appropriate follow-up care

  • Educate patients and their families about the surgical process and post-operative care

  • Ensure compliance with all medical and legal requirements

  • Participate in departmental meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

  • Previous experience in ENT, Eyes, or Plastics specialty preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills

  • BLS certification

  • CNOR certification

Requirements
