Nurse Manager - Operating Room (OR)
CTTX Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Operating Room (OR) department. As the OR Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our surgical services.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the Operating Room (OR) department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor a team of OR nurses, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize surgical processes.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in surgical nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in surgical nursing and healthcare management.
