About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Automation / CRM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform and CRM system to drive effective marketing campaigns and automate processes. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, efficient lead generation and management, and accurate reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our marketing automation platform and CRM (HubSpot) including database cleanliness, segmentation, and data integration

  • Create and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring

  • Implement tracking and tagging mechanisms to measure campaign performance and user behavior on our website and landing pages

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and optimize user journeys and lead flows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, lead handoff, and integration between marketing, sales, and operations systems

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead behavior, and pipeline data to identify areas for optimization and improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, including lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template design and customization

  • Ability to analyze data and extract insights from marketing campaigns and user behavior

  • Familiarity with lead generation and lead management processes

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
