UCLA Health Data Review Specialist - Non-Clinical (On-Site) in Santa Monica, California

Description

You

will be responsible for data review, abstraction, and data entry of quality measures

into our quality database. This will involve overseeing data compilation,

documentation, and entry into the appropriate database of all eligible cases

for the entire UCLA Health system. You will work closely with key stakeholders

to identify opportunities for quality improvement while handling special

projects as needed.

Salary Range: $28.78-$59.33/hourly

Qualifications

We're

seeking a self-motivated, results-driven strategic thinker with:

  • Healthcare-related degree or equivalent years of experience in clinical data abstraction

  • Previous quality or patient safety experience

  • Background in utilizing data to drive process improvement opportunities

  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management software
