Overview

Dignity Health’s Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit Community clinic organization comprised of more than 40 health centers located primarily from Ventura to Templeton spanning the coast. Our experienced physicians and advanced practice providers offer a wide range of primary and specialty care services. PHC is a part of Dignity Health Central Coast’s award-winning network of outstanding hospitals imaging centers laboratories and post-acute services.

Responsibilities

In keeping with the Pacific Central Coast Health Centers philosophy, the Administrative Assistant greets all visitors to PHC Administration whether in person or via telephone. Provides clerical support and general office duties, working collaboratively with the leadership team and staff, under the direction of the Administrative Services Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimal clerical/customer relations position experience.

Must type accurately and be familiar with the use of basic personal computer system.

Excellent communications skills and maintains effective public relations with clientele.

Ability to be an effective team member.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to use a variety of office equipment-

facsimile machines, telephones, copy machines, computers.

Works independently and performs a variety of assignments.

Preferred:

Experience preferably in a medical background.

Pay Range

$19.73 - $27.13 /hour
