Description We are in search of a highly competent Sr. Accountant to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in SANTA FE SPRINGS, California. You will be an essential part of our team, handling various accounting responsibilities, including account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. The role involves engaging with auditors, producing detailed reports, and performing cost accounting. This role requires on-site presence and offers the opportunity for you to showcase your accounting prowess in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations with precision

• Interact with auditors, providing necessary information and reports

• Utilize accounting software, GP Dynamics, for various accounting tasks

• Conduct cost accounting and manage in-house manufacturing software

• Prepare and present detailed reports on financial status, based on collected data

• Engage in the preparation of government reports

• Support the General Manager with administrative tasks as needed

• Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting

• Employ your knowledge of the Japanese language in relevant scenarios. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.

• Experience in handling general ledger and journal entries.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with month-end close procedures.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and Sage 300.

• Knowledge of MS Great Plains Dynamics.

• Fluency in the Japanese language.

• Extensive experience in manufacturing industry.

• Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and manufacturing costs.
