Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:

Program Coordinator

Full-time, non-exempt

The Program Coordinator provides program clerical duties including database management, data entry, record keeping, program tracking, reporting, and compliance analysis for the Direct Installation Programs who seek to meet the needs of small business customers seeking to achieve energy and water efficiency goals to better manage utility costs. The program includes providing LED lighting upgrades, lighting controls, refrigeration upgrades and more. Essential Functions:

  • Track project deliverables to ensure on-time completion of tasks

  • Coordinate day-to-day activity and administration of projects

  • Provide customer service and reporting support to projects

  • Facilitates on-site conference call meetings with clients as necessary

  • Research information and documentation for response to management and/or client requests

  • Answer calls, emails, messages from customers in a professional, timely, and accurate manner and record information in Company database

  • Develop template of charts and information graphs for reports, training materials, and other documents as assigned

  • Coordinate all project activities associated with assigned projects

  • Perform data entry and update and manage program information utilizing database

  • Perform administrative QA/QC duties per program requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in a professional office environment:

  • One year of experience in coordinating projects

  • One year of providing administrative/customer service support

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Detail oriented and a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to compile, analyze records/reports, and assemble data and information in a meaningful and effective manner.

  • Multi-task orientated with ability to organize, prioritize, and meet program deadlines.

  • Advanced computer knowledge

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Preferred bilingual Spanish

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Target Start Date: May 1, 2024
