[The Human Resources Director is responsible for planning, directing, and administratively coordinating the human resources activities of the agency in accordance with the agencys mission, business objectives, and applicable regulatory requirements. The HR Director provides leadership and direction for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resources and training, departmental procedures, systems, services, and support across the system. The HR Director adheres to agency policy and procedures, acts as a role model within and outside the agency. As a member of the senior management team contributes as a business partner to the 130+ employee organization to utilize modern human resource strategies to support the overall strategic direction of the organization.
