We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Manager to join our team!

You will be working with a fun, positive, and efficient team to provide guests an experience that will keep them coming back each day. Good Treats, LLC is a franchisee of Dunkin’ that aims to offer convenience for everyday busy people. We aim to establish and maintain a long-term close relationship with our guests, within our trade area by offering outstanding service, superior product quality, a broad range offering of beverages, donuts and sandwiches at affordable prices.

Atwater Village, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Clarita, and Van Nuys

Responsibilities:

  • TEAM ENVIRONMENT: Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, communicate job expectations to employees; hold team members to accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly; support the development of team members.

  • OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant; ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals, maintain safe, secure, healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, comply with all applicable laws. Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed. Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards. Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements.

  • GUEST FOCUS: Understands and exceeds guest expectations. Develops and maintains guest relationships. Displays a sense of urgency with guests. Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction, asks questions, commits to follow through. Resolves guests concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process.

  • PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING: Identifies and resolves issues and problems. Uses information at hand to make decisions and solve problems.

  • INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND INFLUENCE: Develops and maintains relationships with team. Operates with integrity, demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management, team building, and operational experience

  • Excellent written/ verbal communication skills

  • 18 years or older

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • ServSafe Certified and Food Handler’s Certificate

  • Open availability, including nights and weekends

  • Strong work ethic

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience preferred but not required

  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required

  • Top-notch customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task

  • Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills

  • Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Must submit to a background check
