Nvidia Technical Product Manager – BioNeMo Framework in Santa Clara, California

Generative AI is redefining drug discovery and NVIDIA BioNeMo is the computational platform that’s powering this transformation, by simplifying and accelerating the training and deployment of AI models for drug discovery applications. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who will drive the development of BioNeMo Framework into a vibrant, open-source project and make it the AI development tool of choice for any AI researcher working in drug discovery. This is a dynamic and rapidly evolving space. We’re seeking someone who has a track record of developing products from the ground up, who can move and adapt quickly to changing needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with product and program management in planning and execution of new product releases.

  • Translate high level customer needs into detailed technical requirements.

  • Work with engineering on architecture and API design.

  • Fully own the developer experience. BioNemo framework should be a delight to use for an AI researcher!

  • Work with customers to collect technical feedback and use it to drive future roadmap.

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in generative AI and drive product roadmap to incorporate latest SOTA AI models & techniques in anticipation of widespread adoption.

  • Work with Technical Marketing teams on demos and product marketing teams on product positioning and messaging.

  • Perform technical analysis of other platforms in the market.

  • Support early adopters through Early Access programs.

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Applied Math, Computational Science, Machine Learning, etc.) or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in building generative AI and foundation models across small molecule, protein, and genomics domains.

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like NeMo, PyTorch, JAX, and DeepSpeed.

  • Excellent balance of deep technical and business knowledge of the AI drug discovery space.

  • Analytical approach and ability to synthesize latest research, engineering feasibility, and market trends into product strategy.

  • World-class communication skills with a proven ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Work cross functionally with engineering, research, developer relations, and go to market teams.

  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Experience collaborating with and contributing to open-source projects in drug discovery AI.

  • Prior product management experience in developer products.

  • Strong programming skills and familiarity with CUDA and GPU fundamentals

The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
