Sr. Director, Corporate Initiatives

Realtor.com’s Corporate Initiatives team is seeking a seasoned professional with broad and deep experiences to understand nuances of functional areas, downstream impacts, and comfort communicating with individuals at all levels throughout the organization. The Sr. Director will manage the overall process completing project-oriented duties related to the integration and assimilation of an acquired entity into the company. Typical project involvement starts prior to completion of the acquisition/merger and continues through to the final integration, as defined. This role requires primary competence in project management and integration of best practices.

Experience:

  • 10+ years leading or supporting post M&A initiatives, including integration and divestiture management

  • Financial, operations, or general business support experience

  • Real estate industry experience preferred

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree – Business Administration preferred

  • Advanced MS Office and Google Suite skills with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs

  • Experience with post acquisition activities and managing cross functional teams a plus

Qualifications:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Relationship Building; works effectively with strong, diverse teams of people with multiple perspectives, talents, and backgrounds

  • Communication; strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; ability to present complex material

  • Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems

  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

  • Independence & Collaboration; experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Work Ethic; focus on continual development, performance, accountability and self-motivation.
