Nvidia Solutions Architect Manager, AI Enterprise Ecosystem in Santa Clara, California

Do you want to be part of the team that brings Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerging technology to the field? We are looking for hardworking Solution Architect Managers to join the NVIDIA AI Enterprise (NVAIE) SA Segment Team, which focuses on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Accelerated Data Analytics, and Cloud. The vision of the NVAIE Segment team is to guide and enable the successful adoption at scale of DGX Cloud and NVIDIA AI Enterprise Software in production.

The NVAIE Ecosystem team is dedicated to scaling and growing NVAIE adoption across the ecosystem by taking findings from strategic accounts and disseminating them to the masses. We work closely with the Industry teams to scale expertise within our organization and the NPN partner teams to increase knowledge of NVAIE beyond the NVIDIA sales organization. Our team will focus on identifying, building, and providing repeatable guides, demos, and qualifications to support pre-sales, early discussions, POCs, and production workloads. We are committed to enabling NVAIE in production at scale, in collaboration with GTM teams, and supporting the wider SAE organization, NPN Partners, and Enterprises.

What you’ll be doing:

Work as a player-coach to drive NVIDIA technologies at strategic accounts and wider SAE organization, fostering activities that drive revenue with customers and partners. Grow your team by attracting and retaining top technical talent into the SAE organization.

  • Build a team of solution architects to drive NVIDIA solutions, encouraging a “Start with a Demo” culture, developing repeatable Engagement Processes, identifying and nurturing champions, and sharing visibility of opportunities.

  • Enable successful first-time integration and deployment of NVAIE Emerging SW products for strategic accounts.

  • Scale knowledge, reach, and opportunities by building education content, repeatable guides, and educating vertical teams and Subject Matter Expert (SME) communities on NVAIE SW Products.

  • Provide technical education and facilitate field product feedback to improve SW products.

What we need to see:

  • Strong foundational expertise, from a BS, MS, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in technical leadership, strong understanding of NVIDIA technologies, and success in developing strategic accounts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent.

  • 4+ years of technical leadership or management experience and 8+ years of overall experience.

  • Deep knowledge of NVAIE Emerging and Mature Software products, experience with integration and deployment of software products in enterprise environments, and experience working with SA teams in vertical industries and partner organizations.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Passion for knowledge sharing and proven experience with building educational content in the field of AI or Cloud.

  • Strong communication skills and experience working in external facing roles. Comfortable working in a highly collaborative working environment.

  • Ability to identify patterns in customer engagements and codify learnings that can be turned into educational content.

  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise AI Software, Base Command Manager, NEMO, and NVIDIA Inference Microservices.

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
