General Profile

The Common Solutions Service Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated candidate who has the technical and business acumen to drive semiconductor equipment service product and capabilities to success. The ideal candidate will engage with cross-functional teams to define goals, roadmaps, and formulate strategies to drive value creation for unique service products and capabilities.

This role requires an engineering degree, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and experience performing data analysis using software packages. Knowledge of semiconductor industry and exposure to equipment modules, such as robotics and controls would be a plus. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of service continuity strategies including part obsolescence, replacements, and forecasting models.

  • Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling across key service and spares business areas. Provide investment recommendations based on service and support needs.

  • Coordinate with intracompany teams to align on service product roadmaps, drive new service capability development and market proliferation.

  • Incorporate marketing requirements, business processes and elements of technical design to commercialize service solutions.

  • Provide guidance on pricing, spares strategies, and restricted part orders. Manage service and spares continuity.

  • Assist in analytics capability development to drive business process improvement.

Functional Knowledge

General knowledge of Semiconductor Equipment and Processing. Exposure to Server Controls and Robotics is a plus.

Business Expertise

  • Exposure to semiconductor equipment processing and marketing are desirable.

  • Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others.

  • Experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management in technical industry is preferable.

Leadership

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead projects to manage resources and risks.

Problem Solving

Presentation skills, attention to detail, and strong data analysis skills are critical. Ability to solve complex problems; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

U.S. Salary Range:

$104,000.00 - $143,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
