Intel Sales Productivity Governance Manager in Santa Clara, California

Job Description

SMG has embarked on a multi-year Sales Transformation Journey that will empower and equip our sellers to better serve our customers, capture customer loyalty, and support Intel's target. The Sales Excellence team is chartered to lead this transformation working across SMG and Intel.

Sales Productivity team, part of Sales Excellence, is chartered with developing the Sales productivity strategy, defining and delivering business process improvements into out tools, and driving adoption of those improvements with users across the sales and broader Intel Community.

The Sales Productivity Governance Manager will be responsible for establishing and overseeing governance model to manage the quality of customer-related processes and data across SMG. This role will play a critical part in our CRM strategy, developing the SMG standard policies for CRM and related systems and tools as well as ensuring that our customer data is managed as an Intel asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Governance: Develop and implement CRM policies and procedures to progress SMG strategies and ensure compliance with Intel and SMG standards.

  • Data Quality Management: Oversee the quality of data within the CRM system, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable for business decision-making. Data sets in scope include Customer Accounts, Contacts and Sales Opportunities.

  • CRM Access Management: Develop policies and procedures managing access to CRM across Intel.

  • Auditing: Regularly audit CRM data for accuracy and completeness, identifying any issues or areas for improvement and setting and ensuring execution of plans to drive improvement.

  • In this role the CRM Governance Manager will partner with groups across SMG to drive actions.

  • Training and Support: Provide relevant training and support to CRM users and Regional Sales Operations to ensure adherence to data quality standards and governance policies.

  • Work with Change Team to ensure policies and standards are documented and accessible for ongoing training and support.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Sales, BUs, and Marketing teams to align CRM governance and data quality initiatives with broader business objectives.

  • Reporting: Generate reports and insights on data quality metrics, governance initiatives, and their impact on business outcomes.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Strong communication and training skills

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, STEM, or related field with 8+ years of experience in CRM with any of the following:

  • Governance or data management roles.

  • Program Management

  • CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data management principles.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $122,580.00-$195,990.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
