Nvidia Quick Turn PCB Sourcing Program Manager in Santa Clara, California

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our OPS Quick Turn PCB Procurement team. Our team manages the business supply chain and capacity for NPI support activities for the PCBs. This role will run NPI PCB forecasting, Planning, Supply Chain process improvement and partial procurement function to meet tight project roadmap. Our team supports all these engineering Quick Turn activities by engaging with the Engineering teams, material suppliers, Operations teams and the PCB manufacturing teams to drive PCBs delivery targets. Communication and alignment are essential in our time critical roles.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with suppliers to drive Printed Circuits Boards delivery schedule to be used by the Engineering Teams to validate and launch our products.

  • Review project timelines, handle risk buys efficiently with just-in-time methodology.

  • Proactively engage and collaborate with PCB suppliers and internal NV teams regarding schedules, cost, and other project details.

  • Track and update full-path PCB ordering status (from order placement to goods receiving) to requesters. Respond to inquiries about project status.

  • Develop and monitor KPI to track performance, internal and external.

  • Drive continuous improvement activities to improve the quality of our team tools and processes that will lead to efficiency and success.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of recent experience as Buyer, Planner, Project Manager, Materials Manager, or equivalent responsibilities in NPI field.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with suppliers both local and offshore.

  • Capable of coordinating and prioritizing tasks under high pressure with minimum supervision.

  • Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously. Adapt to changing requirements, diverse project needs in tight timelines.

  • Strong analytical skills, logical problem solver, results driven with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and at a detailed level.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, rich experiences in processing data with Excel.

  • Familiar with SAP PRD and PDP/Windchill.

  • Last position involved closely with NPI activities.

  • Most recent position with HLC and/or HDI PCB experiences.

The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
