We are looking for a customer obsessed Principal Product Manager to join our Trust and Security Products team to lead product efforts for a Federated AI service. This is a career defining role which will contribute directly to Intel's transformation through strategic software contributions. You'll play an integral role in formulating and executing product strategies to build impactful security related software solutions that solve the needs of enterprise customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop a compelling vision and strategy for Federated AI within the Trust and Security product suite. Engage with customers, partners, internal and external stakeholders to derive market and technology insights, formulate and validate product/market fit hypotheses and shape the product roadmap.

  • Champion the voice of the customer by leading customer and market research initiatives and defining innovative product capabilities. Partner cross functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure effective product development execution and delivery.

  • Drive customer success and market adoption by defining and tracking product success measures, soliciting constant customer feedback directly and indirectly through deep interaction with GTM teams. Collaborate with internal functions to define product pricing, packaging and monetization aspects.

  • Credibly represent the Trust & Security product portfolio by leading presentations and interactions at industry events, analyst interactions and conducting other outbound activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4+ years of relevant combined experience with:

  • 10+ years of direct product management experience. Demonstrated ability in launching at least two new products in new markets and scaling them within and across industry segments. This includes early customer development, technical product requirements definition & prioritization, value proposition and positioning design and business model creation.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute a clear product vision, manage product priorities and make data driven decisions and strategic tradeoffs.

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate business needs into product direction.

  • Expertise in areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics and/or data management

  • Experience with multiple product delivery models including packaged software and as-a-service delivered solutions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

MBA also considered.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,600.00-$284,620.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
