We are looking for a self-motivated supply chain professional for the NPI Master Scheduling Position, who will play a relevant role in ensuring operational success for the Master Scheduling organization. You will be responsible in crafting a NPI Master Scheduling Plan for boards/systems with the goal of ensuring capacity is available to complete the project timely and efficiently. In this role, you must be flexible, readily adaptable, work in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create a Capacity Plan/Forecast that is shared and published regularly to the Contract Manufacturers. Hold regular meetings with CMs to review capacity plan, align on possible issues and resolve any inaccuracies in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the CMs to understand capacity constraints/bottlenecks, identify resolutions and communicate possible trade-offs scenarios with internal NV team members.

  • For future NPI Product Bring-ups, it is an expectation that this individual will proactively engage and collaborate with CMs and internal NV teams to ensure we have sufficient bring-up capacity.

  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI)to gauge progress/success of activities related to PBR build from starts to completion.

  • Identification of avenues of improvement in existing process that will lead to greater efficiency and success.

What we need to see:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skill is a must

  • Must be able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate respectfully with others.

  • Must exhibit a high level of flexibility and ability to multi-task all the time.

  • Well organized, attention to details, good follow-up and follow through.

  • Must possess good reasoning and strong analytical, problem-solving abilities.

  • Pro-active in anticipating potential concerns; address concerns before they become an issue.

  • Advance MS Excel skill with deep understanding of Excel techniques. MS Project, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools a plus.

  • Bachelor Degree in Operations, IE, supply chain or Business preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years most recent experience in production planning, master scheduling or supply chain manufacturing.

The base salary range is 84,000 USD - 184,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
