Nvidia Manager, System Test Engineering in Santa Clara, California

We are looking to hire a System Test Engineering Manager who will work in test solutions group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter System products. Through your leadership, HW and SW expertise you will guide engineers to drive towards solutions that translate to processes and methodologies that have long lasting impact. As a System Test Engineering Manager you will explore the challenging areas of test, test automation and delivering high quality products to customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes applicable across Datacenter and Automotive product segments.

  • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to enhance production efficiency.

  • Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.

  • Review and provide feedback for DFT in early design stages.

  • Build automated diag generation and validation infrastructure.

  • Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle a product line.

  • Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

    What we need to see:

  • 8+ overall years of experience with test or validation experience Datacenter products.

  • 4+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects

  • BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.

  • Python programming and bash scripting experience.

  • Excellent communication and people skills

The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
