Nvidia Functional Systems Analyst in Santa Clara, California

We are searching for a Functional Systems Analyst with expertise configuring the Eightfold Talent Management system. In this role, you will partner with our Talent Management organization to advise, collaborate, and deliver innovative solutions to support our internal talent development initiatives. You will work with global partners to identify requirements, assist in defining/designing scalable process, and configure and implement the approved solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of talent management processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our overall talent strategy. As an HR Technology team, we are responsible for the company’s HR systems landscape and continually strive to build an architecture that is secure, scalable, and intuitive.

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as an authority on the Eightfold Talent Management systems and processes

  • Complete hands-on configuration of the talent management application to achieve business objectives

  • Provide day-to-day support for the production environment. Provide support for issues related to HR systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for the resolution of issues

  • Work in tandem with global cross-functional business partners to provide valuable solutions that support efficient processes and high-quality user experience, including proactive system controls

  • Propose efficiency and quality improvements made evident through projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Continually analyze current business processes and look for opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to meet changing needs

  • Lead and implement full development life cycle: gather requirements, design, build, test and deploy

  • Support upgrades, improvements, testing, validation, and overall system performance

  • Engage with the global HR Technology team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistency

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Expertise with Eightfold Talent Management. Experience with the Workday HCM Performance and Talent modules would be an asset.

  • 3+ years of configuration and implementation of Eightfold including application requirements gathering and design, process mapping and gap analysis.

  • Experience supporting a global organization across varying time zones

  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new systems quickly

  • Knowledge of human resource practices, techniques, and standards

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in working with diverse partners

  • Ability to effectively handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to adjust working hours as needed, particularly to accommodate collaboration with global partners across different time zones

The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
