About the role

In this role you will implement, maintain, and evolve our industry-leading Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software to deliver Carrier's Engineering portfolio of new and sustaining projects. You will support our technical and product teams to execute with excellence and ensure usage and value of the tool is realized.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Product Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Product Ownership for enterprise PPM software; defines and prioritizes features, creates user stories, and drives enhancements. Grooms the product backlog and works closely with development team to deliver high-quality functionality on time and within scope and budget. Drives user adoption.

  • Champion user experience; works to understand customer pain points and continuously seeks ways to improve usability and functionality. Leads efforts to evolve the capabilities of the tool in response to changing business trends and internal feedback.

  • Utilizes strong project management skills to drive internal teams and/or third-party providers. Collaborates with cross functional teams to set project milestones, identify dependencies, and manage risks effectively.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are Digital Product Engineer. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 6+ years of experience with Project Portfolio Management software

  • 2+ years of experience with Digital Product Ownership, Customer Success Manager or Digital Adoption.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Customer Success Manager, Digital Adoption or similar role with a successful record of delivering complex software projects

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification or experience in project management, agile methodology and/or portfolio management.
