This position will ensure Health and Industrial Hygiene programs are executed correctly in order to manage and reduce physical and psychosocial health risks on the operations. Contribute to design and implement Health strategies that can guarantee a health and safety environment to all employees and external workers.

What will you do?

  • Identify the Health Mangement System opportunity areas and propose the improvement actions requiered

  • Create and execute work plans in order to meet the organization expectation on Health and Safety performance

  • Ensure the Occupational Health legal compliance

  • Provide medical attention and orientation to all company employees and external workers

  • Ensure the Health Department and First Aid brigade is well prepared to provide the proper response in case of emergency

  • Development of the Ergonomics Risks Management program as well as its working plan

  • Manage and improve the chronical degenerative control program

  • Manage and improve the pregnancy and motherhood control program

  • Ensure the Food Safety program is implemented on the Cafeteria facilities and processes

  • Ensure the Psychosocial Risk Management program is properly executed

  • Coordinate and manage the new hiring and periodic medical exams

  • Manage and improve the Obesity and Morbidity Control program

What will you need to succeed?

  • Degree on medicine career

  • At least 10 years of experience in similar positions

  • People management

  • Advanced English

  • Desirable master degree on Occupational Health

  • Training courses on Ergonomics, BLS&ACLS, ISO 9001, and ISO 45 001 are mandatory

  • Desirable training courses on areas related to Human Health, Food Safety, Nutrition, Chronical Degenerative control, Pregnancy and Motherhood control, STPS and SSA NOMs

  • Knowledge ISO 45 001, ISO 9001, Health Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, etc.

  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage Safety according to SSA and COFEPRIS regulation

  • Ergonomics assessment techniques

  • MS Office

  • Data analysis tools is desirable
