Temporary/Full Time with possiblity to hire into a permanent full time position. (Temporary duration is approximately 3 months)
Hybrid Position-Must be willing to travel between facilities.

Purpose of Your Job Position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will act as a support to recruit and market job openings. Must be willing to travel to job fair events, college/training schools, and in between facilites.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This position may require you to travel between facilities in Oxnard and Santa Barbara at Shoreline Care Center and Buena Vista Care Center on a weekly basis.
Find creative solutions for hard to fill jobs through events, Social Media, and outreach.
Frequent follow-up with the facilities on the current status of positions, timely review of resumes, and with candidates.
Use the workflow process in Applicant Tracking System to track candidates through the system to hired or rejected.
Run reports to determine efficiencies.
Support the onboarding function, process and forms in correlation with the location.
Demonstrate strong organization and communication skills to operate at a high volume supporting multiple lines of business and tasks.
Other duties, as assigned or required.
High School or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 1-year experience performing recruitment coordinator responsibilities preferred.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems performing candidate movements, job postings, onboarding, and reports preferred.
Experience using Social Media to find and attract talent preferred.
Working knowledge of how to coordinate and advertise interview events, virtual events, college/association events and candidate outreach highly preferred.
Experience in working in a decentralized, multi-state company preferred.

• Experience using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle, Healthcare recruiting preferred.
