Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

We are looking for Cleanroom Technician on our 1st shift team. The role will encompass a variety of responsibilities depending on the specific department. Candidates should be prepared to work with pig hearts, which includes tasks such as cutting away material, assembling material, sewing, working with solutions (dipping), and packaging/labeling. All tasks are performed in a cleanroom environment and require full gowning attire. Candidates should also be prepared for a formaldehyde smell within the workplace. In addition to these duties, the role may also include performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations, working from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions, setting initial layouts, and using a variety of tools to prepare product(s). You may also be required to conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications and may disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Work Environment
