Description We are seeking an AP/AR Clerk in Santa Ana, California. This role involves working in the financial services industry, specifically handling account coding, and utilizing various accounting software systems. The AP/AR Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for various financial transactions

• Performing account coding for accurate record keeping

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for payroll and employee benefit solutions

• Working with Concur for travel and expense management

• Implementing ERP Solutions for business process management

• Conducting regular auditing of financial transactions and records

• Managing billing functions and ensuring accuracy

• Handling accounting functions as per industry standards and regulations

• Resolving customer inquiries related to AP/AR Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Account Coding procedures

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in the use of Concur software

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is required

• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capable of conducting Auditing tasks

• Experience in managing Billing Functions.
