Technical Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll

Be part of a global team of HR and IT professionals, driving the HR IT transformation within Boehringer Ingelheim. You will have the opportunity to work closely with HR and IT experts leading the change towards global processes and systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities

• As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for technical and functional discussions for SAP Employee Central Payroll and related topics in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• With your expertise, you will optimize the HR and IT operational processes and technical landscape.

• You will actively drive the alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for EC Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• You will be responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

• As Technical Consultant you will also take on project manager responsibilities for both local and global projects with cross-team and cross-group technical and/or organizational complexity (e.g., global solution rollout).

• You will support organizational goals by participating in or leading project teams and delivers assigned tasks and activities in accordance with project planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable science degree;

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll in a similar role

• Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, specifically, in HR processes for Payroll and Time

• Understanding of integration technologies within the SAP eco-system and platforms

• Fluent English
