Adecco Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource Assistant in the manufacturing industry. If you have a passion for HR administration and supporting organizational success through effective HR practices, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This exciting opportunity starts at $22-26 hourly. This position is located in Sanger, CA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

  2. Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  3. Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication.

  4. Assist with payroll processing and collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll management.

  5. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.

  6. Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, such as employee training and development programs.

  7. Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.

  8. Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.

  9. Maintain HRIS systems and update employee information as needed.

  10. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

  2. Solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.

  3. Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.

  4. Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing.

  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  10. Understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
