JBS USA LIVE HAUL COORDINATOR in Sanford, North Carolina

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete Live Haul payroll weekly, Blue tree on board computer system, Drive Cam (on board Camera system) and the Kronos pay system.

  • Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP

  • Make out new Schedules two weeks in advance, and make out updated run sheets on a daily basis.

  • Communication with Farmers on a daily basis to set their farms up for catch the next working day.

  • Record keeping and filing of confidential materials

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveries

  • Maintain farmer/grower information and update as needed

  • Maintain monthly and annual placement schedules

  • Other duties as assigned

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years related experience

  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel a must)

  • Experience in SAP and M-Tec is preferred

  • Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment

  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary

  • Must be organized and detail minded

  • Must have customer service skills

  • Confidentiality a must

  • Expected to learn DOT rules and regulations for trucks and drivers

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of college preferred EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
