Director of Inpatient Services
CTTX Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Inpatient Services to lead our inpatient care department. As the Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our inpatient population and overseeing the operations of our inpatient services.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the inpatient department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Lead and manage a team of nurses, nursing assistants, and support staff, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize inpatient processes.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inpatient care, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of inpatient care protocols, patient safety standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in inpatient care and healthcare management.
