Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining rental equipment.

  • Assist customers with operational instructions, loading/unloading equipment; while providing a "what you need, when you need it" customer experience.

  • Must possess a “Safety First” attitude and follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

  • Must always work in a Safe manner.

  • Self-starter

  • Reliable-no excessive absences/tardiness/unscheduled PTO/personal time.

  • Computer skills-able to send emails with accurate subject titles and documentation forms attached.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Team player.

  • Able to follow written procedures/schedules.

  • Open to feedback and learning procedures for ongoing inspections and maintenance (oil changes, hydraulic fluid changing, etc.)

  • Able to work outside normal business hours occasionally. (This includes a Saturday/Sunday periodically)

  • Familiar with large construction equipment maintenance/repair procedures.

  • DMV record that enables/certifies them to drive a company vehicle.

  • Have basic set of tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. to perform PM services.

  • Wage is set from Union pay scale.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work full-time (45+ hours/week).

  • Must be a problem-solver, excited to get your hands dirty and learn new skills.

  • Proven self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to deliver a professional, customer-focused rental experience.

  • Strong team-player with excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and MVR review.
