Aerotek Maintenance Technician *28.38-39.64* in Sandy, Utah

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Summary:

Aerotek is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of our production lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems

  • Install and replace new equipment

  • Maintain and repair plant facilities

  • Work with production staff to identify and resolve equipment and process issues

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or comparable experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment; particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry

  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
