Cedar Fair Sawmill Creek Food & Beverage Supervisor in SANDUSKY, Ohio

Overview:

As the Banquet Operations Supervisor you would oversee the day-to-day operation of Banquets at Sawmill Creek.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate set-up, operation, and cleanup of banquets.

  • Assist the banquet manager in any way needed.

  • Manage a team of associates to assure that all banquets are managed to give our guests the best possible experience at Sawmill Creek.

  • Assure that all Banquets are performed to the standards set forth by management.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years minimum experience at the banquet supervisory level or higher

  • Ability to work long shifts while standing

  • Ability to lift at least 30lbs.

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs

  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law

  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
