Job Description Summary

Overall Coordination for the execution of all planned Lean Events with right application of lean tools achieving SQDC (Zero deviation in Safety and Quality). Executing and delivering outcomes that reduce waste in the targeted processed/projects. Demonstrate appropriate leadership behaviour through all lean events and activities, to support DMS, Maintaining/updating lean calendar and Global Lean Smartsheet with Operational Goals, Benefits and Actual Outcomes.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To support, coordinate and drive all Lean Events with cross functional Teams for smooth execution to develop Lean and Industrial Engineering Competency

  • Should have hands on experience of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and SAP

  • Sound knowledge of Lean tools like VSM, Kaizen, TPM, PS, 5S and Standard Work implementation.

  • To drive Continuous Improvement in the Factory and monitoring/follow up of actions closure and effectiveness of all Lean Initiatives.

  • To Prioritize SQDC in executing assigned duties and communicating lean principles to employees

  • To coordinate and support for Daily Management System

  • To stay updated and keeping Team align with the Lean priorities, maintaining documentation running at Global Lean Level

  • Coordination for Kick-off and report-out calls of Kaizen Week and maintaining all related Documents

  • Maintaining and updating Lean Calendar, Global Lean Smartsheet with Actual/Planned Benefits and Operational Goals
