JOB DESCRIPTION A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Sales Associate to lead our studio to success! Rumble is a Premium Indoor Boxing™ franchise. We offer concierge-level service, premium amenities, and an invigorating concert environment. We are an inclusive, inspiring, low-impact/high-intensity boxing experience for all ages and body types. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Rumble will elevate your fitness. POSITION: The Sales Associate will oversee all Studio sales and grassroots marketing operations. This position will be based in San Ramon, CA. REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred * Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps * Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail * Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone * Must be solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment * An affinity and passion for fitness * Solid writing and grammar skills * Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Professional, punctual, reliable and neat, and organized * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public * Proficiency with computers and Studio software * College Degree Preferred * This is a part-time position. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES: * Lead generation, including Grass Roots Marketing, networking, and social media * Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes * Membership and retail sales * Assist all instructors at the studio * Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio * Enforce studio policies and procedures * Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions * Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio * Any other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: * This position offers an hourly rate plus commissions and bonus if all goals are met * Commission paid on personal sales * Complimentary Fitness Membership while employed * Employee Retail Discounts * Flexible schedule
