Skills and Requirements

Gas and Electric:

  • Intake and Processing Forms

  • Creating Tags in Salesforce

  • Verifying permits, requesting permits (new or extensions)

  • Assigning Construction Managers

  • Using Sharepoint

  • Confirming if restoration is ready on time

  • Approving invoices

  • Sending landscaping items to closeout groups

  • Attending weekly calls and maintaining a record

  • Pulling construction drawings from SAP

  • Sending tags to vendors

  • Documentation of Agency Acceptance of Restoration uploaded into SAP \

  • Validation of completion in Salesforce

  • Intake of Escalations from Agencies, Customer Service and Claims, tracking and documentation of Escalations

  • Research Escalations for any information known about location utilizing resources like SAP, Salesforce, Locate & Mark Mapping, Google Earth WIP, GIS and contacting LOB

  • Trouble Shoot Escalations by contacting Agency Inspector, Contractors, Supervisors

  • Facilitate Weekly Vendor Schedule calls to review schedules and push our Vendors to hit priority milestones

  • Clerical support to Paving Construction Managers and Construction Specialists

  • Updating Team on any NEW TAGs create via Teams Group chat as well as building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards

  • Reporting Value Savings in the Bundled Savings Tracker and Field Value Realizations null
