Some Responsibilities of an Associate Advisor Includes:

  • Support Senior and Lead Advisors in creating, implementing, and monitoring clients' financial planning and wealth management.

  • Direct client interaction, paperwork processing, and behind-the-scenes coordination with the team.

  • Review and validate client-submitted financial documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Create recommendations based on client needs under the guidance of Senior and Lead Advisors.

  • Assist in preparing insurance proposals and quotes for various coverage types.

  • Generate Investment Review Reports and financial planning updates for client meetings.

  • Manage CRM database, workflows, and processes, assigning tasks to team members.

  • Communicate with custodians, Broker-Dealer, and other partners.

  • Process and track account transfers and money requests.

  • Maintain accounts and process necessary forms and changes.

  • Provide consistent and knowledgeable client communication.

  • Handle client service requests and escalate issues as needed.

  • Contribute to relationship marketing email communications.

  • Call prospects to introduce the firm and schedule initial appointments.

    Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1-3 years of financial services experience (including wealth management internship)

  • Ability to interact with clients at a high level.

  • Critical thinking, positive attitude, and effective multitasking skills are essential.

  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a team player.

  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Possesses strong organizational, follow-through, and analytical skills.

  • Capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.

  • Outgoing with a professional business-like personality.

  • Experience with eMoney is a plus

  • Series 7, 65, and/or CFP®, ChFC® or similar certification is a plus

  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Docs.
