Join our dynamic team at a growing Health Technology Company as a Senior Administrative Assistant. We are a leading innovator in health technology, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth operations through efficient administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

· Calendar Management: Utilize Google Calendar to manage complex schedules for executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

· Communication Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.

· Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.

· Travel Arrangements: Facilitate light travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries as needed.

· Document Management: Assist in the creation, formatting, editing, and distribution of documents, presentations, and reports as required.

· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as managing correspondence, filing, expense reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.

· Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Calendar and Slack is essential. Familiarity with other office productivity tools and software is a plus.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

· Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.

· Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
