Job Profile Summary:

Your primary responsibility will be on optimizing each guest’s experience by providing a spotlessly clean hotel facilities and outlets and providing incredibly friendly guest service to every guest. Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and product quality in accordance with Company and Brand standards. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas, common areas or guest rooms to maintenance. Maintain professionalism at all times.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties include the following - Other Duties May Be Assigned:

  • Adhere to Platinum Management Services, LLC. and Brand specific standards.

  • Comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and ordinances as they apply to 
the property, guests and associates.

  • Adhere to safety and emergency procedures and policies (i.e. evacuation, first aid, etc.) 
to include removing all safety hazards.

  • Be proficient in all housekeeping and guest service operations.

  • Empty room attendant carts of linen and trash.

  • Ability to perform job with minimum disruption to guests.

  • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

  • Clean and service assigned areas according to Company and Brand standards including 
public restrooms, lobby and common areas etc.

  • Turn mattresses and move furniture as assigned by supervisor.

  • Clean public elevators and restrooms.

  • Obtain amenities and supplies for room attendants.

  • Removal of trash to dumpster.

  • Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, glass and window frames.

  • Vacuum, sweep, mop stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.

  • Sweep, mop and clean tile and flooring.

  • Monitor and control supplies, amenities and minimize waste within all public areas.

  • Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.

  • Reports lost and found articles and needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor.

  • Support team to reach common goals.

  • Keep company business including but not limited to, financials, personnel, guest and 
customer data strictly confidential. 


    Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills required. 

  • Professional appearance and grooming must be adhered to at all times.

  • Uniforms must be worn according to Company and Brand standards.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills required.

  • Proficient in English. Bi-lingual a plus.

  • Work a flexible schedule. 

  • Stand and walk for an extended period of time.  

  • Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place object weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.

  • Adaptable and willing to assist other departments in time of need.

  • Ability to attend and complete Company and Brand training.

  • Work well in a fast paced team environment. 

  • Have an outgoing personality. 

  • Maintain professionalism at all times. 

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred. 

  • High School Diploma is preferred.
