Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

  • Knowledge and skill in athletic post production, web, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms

  • Knowledge of nuances of intercollegiate athletics

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

  • Skill in graphics design/software skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Ability to produce video content through the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing several projects at one time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree with additional consideration to applicants who possess a Masters degree.

  • Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and AfterEffects

Job Description

This position is responsible for creating and developing graphics and content to help support the football program.

Job Duties

Create and develop graphics/content with Photoshop and Premiere Pro for recruiting, presentations, social media, in-game content, and brand management. Responsible for creative content and direction for football digital media and print materials. Assist coaching staff with presentations for team and community relations utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.

Work with the Head Coach, Director of Football Operations, Chief of Staff and Director of Video in idea development, creation, and production of graphics/videos and affiliated materials for the Texas State Football Program.

Creative pieces will have a heavy emphasis on recruiting and overall program support, accomplishments, and brand strategy. Additional responsibilities will include: Upholding departmental brand standards with produced content, Overseeing production of jobs to ensure quality standards are met, Developing working relationships with outside vendors, such as printers, sign/banner manufacturers, graphic reproduction companies, multi-media suppliers, etc. Other duties as assigned
