The National Logistics Services Representative provides amazing customer service experiences supporting and maintaining the order process for the distribution of Stone beer and merchandise. This role interacts cross-functionally with Stone’s national distributor partners, the National Sales team, internal and external Logistics team as well as Stone fans.
Provide account management oversight and build strong relationships with Stone distributor partners to ensure they are meeting order requirements and adhering to the service policy
Process and manage orders as well as monitor inventory levels, shipments, and delivery dates
Respond to inquiries regarding order process and see through to resolution in accordance with Stone procedures and standards, escalating issues as needed
Liaise between distributors and internal Stone personnel to assist in resolving shipment or delivery issues
Ensure distributors are ordering per their designated service policy and update as needed and assist in report generation to evaluate distributor orders against the service policy
Liaise with the sales team, distributors and freight carriers on damaged and/or mis-shipments
Proactively and regularly communicate and coordinate pending shipments, order changes and order cadence to distributors and sales
Manage various orders/loads with distributors and liaise between distributor, National Sales team and Supply Planning for ad hoc ordering needs
Work cross functionally to ensure Stone special releases are fulfilled to allocations and shipped on time
Verify order accuracy of allocations in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and accounts payable system (AX)
Set up new accounts and support onboarding for new distributors in ERP system and AX
Partner with National Sales team to assist with ordering and inquiries of samples, point of sale (POS) and merchandise
Confirm all promotional items and POS items needed for events are included with orders and shipped per pre-determined dates
Provide fan support for online merchandise orders
2-3 years account management or customer service experience required
Logistics and/or order management experience preferred
Strong analytical and comprehension skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other team members and departments with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to solve complex problems and effectively communicate issues while offering solutions
Highly proficient in verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Demonstrated computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexible work from home / hybrid arrangement with access to work from an office space as needed
