We are looking for a talented COST COORDINATOR to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Cost analysis (PPV and IPV variance analysis)

  • Support in the introduction of new products (Business Partnering with internal and external operations)

  • Development and conducting cost audits and cost analysis

  • Support Supply Chain function in inventory management, forecasting and planning.

  • Prepare reconciliations for inventory valuation and reserves.

  • Talent development

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience as a Cost Specialist or Coordinator

  • Conversational Advanced English Level

  • Knowledge in costs of manufacturing companies

  • Knowledge in US GAAP

  • Ability to manage and develop talent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in public accounting or finance

  • Desirable experience in Oracle management

  • Experience in Excel (Pivot tables)

  • Hybrid position: 3 day on site, 2 days home office

  • Availability to travel to USA 10-20% per year
