Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent

As an Electrical Superintendent at Perini Management Services, reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Description:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all electrical work while maintaining the full operational mission of the Coast Guard base.

  • Assume responsibility for the productivity of electrical subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and contractual performance of the project.

  • Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., for installation of new electrical, fire alarm and communication systems.

  • Assist project management in developing and implementing phased work plans including temporary and permanent work to minimize impact to the base.

  • Experience with plans and equipment layout including large amperage switchgears, transformers, and panels.

  • Implementing and maintaining Site Specific Safety Plan.

  • Implementing and maintaining Project Quality Control Plan.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrician

  • Experience with projects including medium/low voltage electrical distribution construction in excess of $10MM.

  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years electrical supervision experience.

  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of electrical construction (electrical code, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction and safety required.Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.#LI-KG1 #LI-ONSITE
