Responsabilidades y requerimientos:

As a Commission Specialist, you will be responsible for the Sales Commission process and calculation. This includes maintenance of Liberty’s commission software, review of the commission structure to reflect changes in the business, analyses of sales performance and commission cost efficiencies, meeting with internal and external partners, and SOX Compliance. Responsible for the sales commission, incentives, and bonus calculation of Liberty Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), and Fixed products.

  • Maintain and ensure that the information needed to calculate the commissions using Liberty’s Commissions software is accurate and with their corresponding data dates.

  • Maintain Liberty’s commission software to reflect changes in employees, teams, rules, and quotes.

  • Calculate sales performance efficiently using the commission software according to the commission’s payment schedule.

  • Calculate sales commissions bi-weekly and monthly, ensuring that the calculation is reviewed and approved by the Senior Commission Specialist and Commissions Manager and that the commission payment report is accurate and delivered to payroll on time.

  • Process commissions-related claims weekly (including background checks and consequent approval/denial).

  • Review the charge-back report bi-weekly or monthly and resolve the charge-back.

  • Assist in the preparation of standard management reports and analysis to assess current and future financial performance. This includes budgets, forecasts, operating results, and business plans.

  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy and all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

  • Other functions may be assigned.

Pay Details: $16.82 per hour
