Intel Business Operations Manager in San José, Costa Rica

Job Description

The Worldwide Price Operations (WWPO) Team focuses on operational excellence by keeping the business running by supporting our worldwide business partners and customers. The team plays a critical part in the order to cash process. The WWPO manager will work in a fast-paced environment overseeing a team of price experts focused on the administration of essential price master data, the creation and publication of Intel official price lists, supporting worldwide price data inquiries, price data governance, and the management of the price administration and reporting tools.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Set the strategy and direction to support Intel's price operational needs.

  • Analysis of complex price related business problems and develop the direction to solve.

  • Subject matter expert on SAP Price, Order management, SAP backlog swamp, and the Price Determination Logic

  • Project / Program management.

  • OKR setting and direction.

  • Growth and mentorship of direct reports

  • Insights write ups and reviews

  • Sox Audit Controls ownership

  • Drive process improvement and efficiency of price operations daily activities.

  • Maintain price data security and data governance.

  • Support pricing needs for new business integrations.

  • Customer First mindset while maintaining our price standards and audit compliance.

  • Application / Tool ownership

  • Outline solutions for price related business needs as it relates to the IDM 2.0 and the result of changes in our business and IT landscape.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years (or Master’s degree with 4+ years) of business or operational experience including pricing, process engineering, compliance, and/or leading programs. Or 8+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.

  • Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience using SAP Support Tools or application management.

  • 4+ years of people manager experience.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
