La posición de Supply Chain Security Coordinator es responsable de aplicar la estrategia de Seguridad con nuestros socios de negocio en Centros de Distribución y Transporte, ejecutar Auditorías de Seguridad en Centros de Distribución, Compañías de Transporte y en las localidades donde se localizan nuestras instalaciones, para el análisis de vulnerabilidades, y coordinar investigaciones e intervención de manera directa en irregularidades e ilícitos internos y externos, en Centros de Distribución y con las compañías de Transporte.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisión de turnos de guardias.

  • Seguimiento a incidencias detectadas y/o reportadas por jefes de turno

  • Supervisión en la ejecución de las consignas de cada puesto de trabajo.

  • Elaboración de reportes de incidencias

  • Apoyo y retroalimentación a los guardias sobre ejecución de consignas.

  • Supervisión de insumos de los puntos de revisión de temperatura.

  • Control de los objetivos del sistema de vigilancia intramuros (turnos no cubiertos, dobletes, rotación, plantilla, capacitación, incidencias).

  • Cumplimiento de métricos de seguridad.

  • Apoyo en investigaciones

  • Administración de la caseta y documentos de archivo de security

  • Enlace con los proveedores de security

  • Coordinación con Líder y Gerente de Seguridad Patrimonial, la ejecución de las estrategias para la detección de riesgos en el área de cobertura de vigilancia.

  • Cumplimiento en la ejecución de rondas perimetrales y/o internas realizadas por el personal de seguridad, así como reportar hallazgos detectados en las mismas.

  • Asistencia en la redacción y actualización de consignas

  • Supervisión del ordenamiento y almacenaje de los registros y documentación en los puestos de trabajos del personal de security

  • Participacion en auditorías realizadas por parte de MH.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios Universitarios

  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado

  • 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de seguridad y/o logística

  • 1-2 años de experiencia en manejo de personal

  • Deseable certificación en ASIS, CPP, PCI, PSP

  • Deseable experiencia en empresas multinacionales
