Reyes Holdings Transportation Supervisor in San Jose, California

Salary: $80,080 – $100,100 USD Annually

Position Summary: 

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for effective and efficient product distribution, managing a team of professional drivers, and assisting the Delivery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the delivery department. 

  

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

  • Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling  

  • Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved 

  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.) 

  • Coordinate drivers according to customer needs 

  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships 

  • Develop transportation staff 

  • Other projects and duties as assigned 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Associate's Degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience and 1+ years of supervisory experience

  • Excellent problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills 

  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen 

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office  

  • Willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 environment (MB Specific) 

  • Must be able to pass a post-offer background and drug test 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working in the beverage industry 

  • Experience working in a warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service, sales or similar supply chain department
